I have found the true method of youth! I was
suffering from sleep deprivation and had begun the
onset of migraines. Like anyone else I went to my
doctor and she began discussing MRI’s and
medication. I went in search for a non-medicated
internal solution. I found this solution at Dr. Paul
Graves office. Upon the beginning of treatment I
began sleeping more than four hours at a time. My
headaches actually terminated. My body was
experiencing a new found energy level and all I
needed was to have my spine aligned so that my
nerves where communicating properly with my brain. I
was both relieved and excited to feel the way I did
20 years ago. Now I have once monthly spinal
maintenance and I am enjoying feeling good again.

Due to the
hectic and strenuous nature of my business it became
hard to enjoy all the activities that made up my
life! I was experiencing sever back and neck pain. A
friend sent me to see Dr. Graves and after just a
few treatments I began to feel an improvement in the
way I felt! Not only did my pain go away but I began
to have more energy, sleep better and i was able to
enjoy the life and the business that I love! I now
see him once a month to stay healthy and to keep my
body functioning in the way it was designed to
function.

I first came to see Dr.
Graves January of 2000. For a few months, my
neck would hurt me every morning I woke up and
would continue to hurt throughout the day.
There were times when i
actually had to hold my own head up with my hands
because my neck would hurt to much to support my
head. I had never been to a chiropractor before
and i was looking through the yellow pages and saw
Dr. Grave's advertisement. I decided to five
chiropractic a try and boy am I glad I did!
Since Dr. Graves began
treating me, I have had excellent results! not I
can wake up in the morning and my neck doesn't
hurt. I no longer need to support my neck to hold
my head up! I feel Great!! It feels so good to fee
this good!

Dear Dr. Graves:
I just wanted to thank you for
my improved health over the last 2½ months. As you
know, I had surgery on my spine in September 2009,
and have had post-op pain due to muscle tightness
and a pinched nerve ever since. After seeking
treatment in your office, I have made a tremendous
amount of improvement. Dr. Mize and Maren, my
massage therapist, have done amazing work and
allowed me to regain my life. I cannot praise them
enough for their dedication and hard work to their
respective crafts.
I do not want to leave out your
office staff and assistants. Kimberly, Wendy, and
Jaime are amazing people. Every time I call or walk
into the office I feel right at home. They all have
a cheery disposition and are so willing to help and
accommodate me with my needs. I look forward to all
my appointments because of the smiling faces I will

Hello,
I struggled with
back pain and aches for years, I tried everything
from basic massages to joining a weight loss program
to help ease the stress. A friend suggested that I
try Chiropractic care and I found Dr. Graves to be
one of the best in the Frisco area so I made that
first appointment. The staff was so friendly and
personable that I kept coming back, not to mention
the care and the plan set out for me was awesome in
relieving my back pain and neck stress. I am now on
a maintenance care plan with the office, but every
chance I get to go in and get great muscle work done
I am there. The front office is so pleasant and
nice that you immediately feel welcomed. Thank you
