to 60 minutes with one of our three full time massage
therapist. By utilizing myofascial release and
A.R.T.(active release technique) they are able to
decrease adhesions and fibrotic tissue which increases
flexibility and oxygen to heal the damaged discs. Having
massage available helps decrease pain and tension in the
muscles which speeds up the healing process. For severe
cases we have TENS units and decompressive back braces
as well as nutrition to aid in healing. By having all of
these services available we are able to achieve faster
and longer lasting results.
