Massage Therapist
I first sought massage therapy around
1992 as a possible solution to frequent headaches. I not
only got lasting relief for my headaches, I discovered
other benefits, too, such as deep relaxation and
improved flexibility. This experience, combined with a
love for nurturing people, is what eventually led me to
the field of massage therapy.
In 1995, I completed the massage
therapy program at Austin School of Massage in
Dallas, and have been a Registered Massage Therapist
in Texas since 1996. I have continued my education
with classes in Myofascial Release and Trigger Point
Therapy, among others. I love the therapeutic
modalities of massage therapy just as much as the
spa experience so I often combine the two, resulting
in a therapeutic spa experience.
I look forward to helping you realize the benefits
of massage.
